Ordering and subscription terms

Submitting a consultation does not place an order or take payment. Mia will review your answers and email your recommended routine, agreed price and a secure Stripe payment link.

If you choose the subscription, Stripe will charge the agreed box price every six weeks. UK home delivery is an additional £3.99 per box; salon collection is free. Any price change will be confirmed before it applies. To pause or cancel, email Miaizza13@gmail.com before your next payment is due.

Delivery, collection and returns

Estimated dispatch or collection timing will be confirmed with your quote. The salon collection address and instructions are shared after payment. UK home delivery costs £3.99 per box.

You may tell us you have changed your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, then return it within the following 14 days. For hygiene reasons, products must be unopened, unused and have any seals intact. You are responsible for change-of-mind return postage. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Privacy notice

We use the information you provide to assess your hair needs, contact you with a recommendation and quote, and arrange payment and fulfilment if you order. This can include your contact details, consultation answers and delivery preference or address.

Your consultation is sent through our website form service to RESTKD and is not sold. Information is shared only with service providers needed to process the form, payment or delivery. We keep it only as long as needed for customer service, legal and accounting purposes. To access, correct or request deletion of your information, email Miaizza13@gmail.com.
